When i earliest saw P.J Thomas on small screen i bring into being him very intellectual person. In fact he is a scholarly person as we need logical individual for chipping in big scams and filling the bucket of the corruption day to day.
Pronouncement of the Supreme Court of India against appointment of the Chief Vigilance Commissioner ought to have been a big blow for the Central Government but it isn’t the raison d'être is obvious the government is well-known with corruption charges and day to day new scam has turn out to be distinctiveness of this government.
A chap who was tainted not only corruption charges in Palmolive Scam but also recent 2G Spectrum Scam could have abscond the post much earlier seeing the mood of the opposition than parting it after the decision of the court. But the court in the ruling not only acknowledged the last decision on Thomas but also alarmed government for further cases.
In spite of vote against Thomas from leader of opposition in Lok Sabha ,Sushma Swaraj the other two members that is PM Manmohan Singh and HM P Chidambaram voted in favor and he was declared the CVC. Later the two articulated that they were not known to the fact that he was involved in scams which is bizarre as Swaraj uttered that she made them known.
The decision proclaim by the court on Thursday said that the prior arrangement of Thomas as CVC was legally off beam. And on the other hand committee was not given due consideration in the selection since there was one dissatisfaction which is dire. Important point which is there is judgment includes that for the appointment of CVC considering only Ex bureaucrat is wrong. And if there is dissatisfaction from whichever member in the committee the member should effusively explain there point and if the dissatisfaction is spite of proper points is not considered than there should be a unyielding grounds for that too.
We all known that Thomas not only articulated that all allegations against him are erroneous and he is bamboozled because of cold war in leaders of diverse party but on the other hand also uttered that nobody can question his appointment. The most astounding fad in this case was preliminary support for him from the government.
At this point opposition is demanding that Prime Minister should take full responsibility and he should explain the House too. Prime Minister in one statement to the media in Jammu & Kashmir expressed that he take full conscientiousness. After that Sushma Swaraj wrote on her twitter account that she is happy PM has taken dependability and now its over. But Arun Jaitly voiced that it is not enough PM should enlighten the house. After this comment when I asked Swaraj that what do you mean from this comment on twitter she did not replied. That is precise why a big opposition leader of the nation will respond to a media studies student. Later she acknowledged that an individual can write only few characters on twitter so she was unable to explain her full point which is wacky.
